I Want It Now: February wishlist08:43
This is the worst time of year to be broke as hell. It's fashion month and there is nothing but new and exciting releases that just make me want to spend every penny I have (which would maybe get me a pair of socks? actually, just one sock). But a girl can dream right? I'm not sure if it was my recent binge watch of Gossip Girl or I just have a natural ability to want what I can never have but my taste seems to have gotten much more expensive. Here are a few things I've been pining and considering to find a sugar daddy over:
|Jil Sander Shell Jacket | Net-a-Porter £790|
Being Scottish, one of my many mantra's is 'you can never have enough coats'. You're wearing them for 11 months out of the year so you may as well have as many options as possible! This puffer jacket from Jil Sander is what I've been looking for forever. Theres been a huge trend of quilted and puffer jackets but it is god damn impossible to find one that will make me look like the goth marshmallow of my dreams! But a dream it shall be, because I have no idea where I will get my hands on the cash before summer hits.
|ARTESSA Leather Boots | Asos £65|
I'm sure everyone else has seen Raf Simmon's debut show for Calvin Klein? I've been obsessed the styling since I saw it! What really topped of the gorgeous double denims and polo-necks was the steel capped boots, and I found a similar pair on ASOS. I'm partial to a good old ankle boot, but the western influence without going full cowboy is what makes these. They would look so good with a cropped leg jean, a printed maxi dress or even dungarees.
|Suede Trouser | Whistles £449|
Mustard is still a cool colour? Right? I still love it. These trousers from Whistles are just the perfect piece for wearing during those 'sunny but still freezing' months. They're very minimal in design lines and just look so smooth and sleek. You could take them full 70's and pair with florals and some chunky mules or keep it contemporary with just a plain t-shirt and trainers.
